So sorry for your loss, I got to know Fran while hanging out waiting for a Packers show at the Oneida casino on Tuesdays with my Mom. She was a wonderful lady to talk to, we would try to get there before her and her husband but rarely would make it. Once again I'm sorry for your loss. Keith
I would like to thank Joel and all the staff at Muehl Boettcher for easing a lot of the stress felt during this very difficult time. Your care meant so much. Sincerely Jean Eick
Dear Tom and entire Welhouse Family:
My condolences on your loss. I only met Carol once and that was at the 2006 reunion for
the USS Lipan ATF 85, the ship Tom and I were in during the summer of '56 as part of Operation Redwing and the nuclear weapons testing. Carol was very sociable and gracious. I wrote a story for Towline Magazine--Women of the Lipan--and Carol was the star of the story.
She always had a kind word for everyone.
As everyone knows, Carol will be missed.
