Obituary

Lorraine Adeline Conradt, 92, Shiocton, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. She was born on April 23, 1930, to the late George and Sadie (Zuelke) Spietz. Lorraine was a 1948 graduate of Wrightstown High School. She was united in marriage to Clifford Conradt on September 22, 1951, at St. John Lutheran Church in Wrightstown. Clifford preceded Lorraine in death on January 11, 2023.

Following graduation from high school Lorraine was employed as the executive secretary at AAL. Lorraine and Clifford took ownership of Conradt Farms in 1960, which was founded by Clifford's father, William Conradt, in 1919. Their son, Randall, joined in partnership in 1988 and the name was changed to Conradt Farms Partnership. They sold the 200 cow dairy farm in 2008 and just raised corn, soybeans, and wheat.

Lorraine liked gardening, crocheting, knitting, and working on ceramics. She and Clifford enjoyed traveling with a group of fellow farmers called, "Farmers on the Bum."
