Obituary
Carter Joseph Helms, 19, Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 26, 2023. He was born July 15, 2003, to Joshua Helms and Jessica Tenor.
Carter had an amazing sense of humor and found happiness in making others laugh. He had a caring heart and was always supportive of those he loved. During middle school Carter enjoyed assisting students with special needs. His greatest passion in life was spending time with his family and friends. After family visits Carter would always ask, "can we go to Dairy Queen after this?" He found his peace listening to music and Carter had a special place in his heart for the family pets.
He is survived by his parents: Joshua Helms and Jessica Tenor; two siblings: Emma (Raymond) Cruz and Robin Welter; paternal grandparents: Ray and Paula Helms; maternal grandparents: Chuck and Debbie Tenor; and one niece, Harper Cruz.
A private funeral service will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, Pastor Moira Finley officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Catholic Cemetery in Seymour.
