On Wednesday, September 23, 2020, Todd passed away at the age of 53, at Crossroads Care Center in Weyauwega.
Todd suffered from brain trauma for many years, and is now at peace.
He was born January 13, 1967, in Green Bay, the son of Joseph and Corrine (Warner) Hart.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jim Hart; brother, Steve Kominowski; sister-in-law, Dorothy Kominowski.
He is survived by his siblings: Larry (Louise) Hart, MaryAnn Kwasnik, Stephanie Hart, Paulette (Oliver) Champeau, Dick (Ellen) Kominowski, Jeff (Chris) Kominowski, Dave Kominowski, Brian (Janet) Hart, Debbie (Ron) Court. Further, survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A special Thank You to all of Todd’s care givers at Villa Hope in Appleton, Compassus Hospice, and Crossroads Care Center who went above and beyond to make sure Todd’s needs were met.
There will be no service for Todd.
