Raymond Rothlesberger

Raymond H. Rothlesberger, 74, of Seymour passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay following a brave battle with leukemia for two and a half years. He was born on July 6, 1952 son of the late August and Esther (Nischke) Rothlesberger.

Ray graduated from Seymour High School in 1970.

He was united in marriage to Katherine White on May 7, 1983 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour.

Ray had worked for many years at K-Mart West in Green Bay, and later went on to work at True Value Hardware in Pulaski, and retired from Jack's Maintenance in Neenah. He also enjoyed helping Mary and Marvin Loewenhagen on the farm, and working with Karl Seiltz on the pig farm.

Ray enjoyed mowing lawns and was a big fan of the Brewers, Cubs, and Packers. He enjoyed all the conversations and friendship with our neighbor, Judy Schuette.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kathy; daughter, April (Robert Lawrence) Rothlesberger; son, Jason Rothlesberger; brothers: John (Becky) Rothlesberger and James Rothlesberger; sister, Gertrude Buchanan; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ken (Judy) White, Rhonda White, Scott White, and Lucy (Travis) Kleinhans. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his siblings: Nancy Hoefs, Allan (Mabel) Rothlesberger, Ralph Rothlesberger, and Mary (Marvin) Loewenhagen; brothers-in-law: Joseph White and Mark White, and William Buchanan; sister-in-law, Phyllis Rothlesberger; mother-in-law, Carol (Dan) Martin; and father-in-law, Terry Nagel.

Visitation for Ray will take place on Monday, August 17th, 2026 at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour from 1:00 pm until the funeral service at 4:00 pm with Pastor Ty Stoneburner officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Ray's honor are appreciated.
