Ralph Fiedorowicz

Ralph C. Fiedorowicz, 73, Town of BEAVER, passed away Friday 11-3-2017. He was born 7-30-1944 in the Town of BEAVER to Vincent and Laura (Tadish) Fiedorowicz. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. On 8-30-1997, he was united in marriage to Angeline Brzozowski. She preceded him in death on 6-3-2007. On 6-11-2014, Ralph married his favorite dance partner, Bonnie Laskowski. He was employed by the Coleman canning company and later by Fort Howard Paper for 32 years until… his retirement.
Ralph was active in his community. He was a member of St. Mary’s Parish in Crivitz and was a life member and served on the board of the Coleman United Shipping Association as well as the BEAVER Cemetery Association. Ralph was also president of the Oconto Falls Senior Card Club. He was a member and past chaplain of the BEAVER/Pound VFW post.
In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, card playing as well as cutting wood. He loved Polka music and was often the first one on the floor and the last one off it. Ralph enjoyed all the country roads in his beloved Town of BEAVER and never took the same route getting home.
Ralph is survived by his wife Bonnie; Bonnie’s children, Jill, Mike, Todd, and Steve; Angeline’s children, Chester, Troy, Norbert, Tammy and Kathy; many step grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Dolores (Jerry) Monnette; sister-in-law, Betty Fiedorowicz; a special nephew, Edward Fiedorowicz; other relatives and friends.
Proceeding Ralph in death are his first wife, Angeline, his parents, a brother Victor and a sister, Phyllis Bartnik.
Friends may call at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 808 Henriette Ave, Crivitz, on Tuesday, 11-7-2017, from 9:30 until the time of the Mass. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Fr. Frederick Sserugga officiating. Burial with Veterans Honors will be held immediately after the mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Crivitz.
A special word of thanks to our neighbors, the Darren Rusch family and Jody Styczynski and the boys, for all their help these past six months. Also, a special thanks to our very special friends, Sheila and Dave Denowski, for always being there for us. Thanks also to Bonnie’s daughter, Jill for her love and support.
An extra special word of thanks to the nurse “Angels” and staff at New Care in Crivitz, especially Anna, Judy A. and Cindy, for their wonderful care of Ralph and his family.
Ralph just could not fight off the infections in his body, especially the ones in his back bones. Many other health issues also faced Ralph. He can now “Rest in peace”.
