Michael Sonnleitner

Michael Gerard Sonnleitner, age 29, of Kaukauna passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. He was born on June 25, 1994 to Chris Sonnleitner and Sue Fritsch.

Michael loved working out, eating healthy and being the best version of himself. He loved expressing his divine faith in God. He was always eager to spread his joy and love for Jesus Christ. Michael would often ask his Mom if she needed help, he was always willing to do anything anyone asked of him and always willing to help anyone in need. He truly made an impact on our lives and made us want to be better versions of ourselves. We all learned so much from him.

Michael enjoyed challenging work and liked to take the difficult moving jobs when he worked for Two Men And A Truck and at Steinhafel's Furniture. He never backed down from a challenge.

He is survived by his mother, Sue Fritsch; father, Chris Sonnleitner; brothers: Jordan Fritsch and Dante Bush-Fritsch, his sister, Tiana Sonnleitner (fiance, Freeman Beechy). He is further survived by his nephew, Brantley Beechy and nieces, Evangeline Fritsch and Everly Beechy. Aunts and Uncles: Brenda Fritsch, Jacqueline Fritsch, Keith Fritsch, Connie and John Seegers, Kelly and Hal Writer and Scott and Debra Sonnleitner. Cousins: Joe (Selena) Fritsch, Brandon Fritsch, Desiree Fritsch, Ashley (Kevin) Sturm, Andrea (Tyler) Linzmeier, Ty (Katelyn) Sonnleitner, Shawn Sonnleitner, Cassondra Balk. He is also survived by his loving companion Desi (his dog).

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, LeRoy and Mary Lou Fritsch, Glenn Sonnleitner and Lynn Maas.

Visitation for Michael will take place at St. Edward Catholic Church, Mackville, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 9:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am with Father Robert Chinnapan officiating, Deacon Jeff Hofacker assisting. Burial will take place in Freedom Moravian Cemetery.
