Marvin Karweick

Marvin W. Karweick, age 56, of Seymour passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014, at his home after being diagnosed June 17, 2013 with a grade IV glioblastoma brain tumor. He was born August 14, 1958 in Green Bay.
On September 14, 2001 he was united in marriage to Ann-Marie Bataglia.
Marvin was a 1976 graduate of Seymour High School and farmed in the Town of Cicero, on his farm he grew up on. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour. Marvin enjoyed his children and loved to be a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Ann-Marie; his children: Rachel and Adam, at home; mother, Eunice Karweick, Seymour; siblings June (James) Weiss, Eldridge, Iowa; Peggy (Jack) Woehler, Shawano; Ronald (Brenda) Karweick, Seymour; Ellen (Jim) Vollstedt, Green Bay; Vernon (Jill) Karweick, Black Creek; nieces and nephews, mother and father-in-law, Gary and Mary Clare Bataglia, Stillwater, Minnesota; one brother-in-law, David Bataglia, Stillwater, Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester and brother, Leslie.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 4 pm to 8 pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour, from 9:30 am until the funeral service at 11 am with Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating.
