WENDT, LOUIS E.
Louis E. Wendt Sr., age 76, passed away Wednesday evening, July 16, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born February 16, 1932 in the town of Osborn, son of the late George and Mae (Schaumberg) Wendt. On November 29, 1952 he was united in marriage to Joan Wachtendonck.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; his children; Marge (Bernie) Piette, Greenville; Louis (Kris) Wendt Jr., Darboy; Steve (Carol) Wendt, Mackville; Susan (Lee) Salvo, Freedom; Patti (Vern) Harris, Appleton; Scott Wendt, Seymour; thirteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three brothers: Fred (Jeanette) Wendt, Seymour; Everet (Diane) Wendt, Black Creek; Richard (Janet) Wendt, Mountain; two sisters: Julene (Harold) Guyette, Shiocton; Mae (Dale) Daelke, Sr., Black Creek.
He was preceded in death by six brothers: Val, Chester, George, Dallas, Darold and Lenard; and two sisters, Lela WIckesberg and Donna Peterson.
Friends may call at the Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, Saturday, July 19, 2008 from 4 PM to 7 PM. Visitation will continue on Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 3:30 PM until funeral services at 5 PM with Father Robert Kabat officiating. Burial at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
