Lorraine Mc Niesh

Lorraine M. Mc Niesh, age 96 of Black Creek passed away to her heavenly home at Forest Glen in Seymour on Thursday, March 18, 2021, on her 96th birthday.

Lorraine was born on March 18, 1925 to the late Herbert and Bertha (Harke) Moede. Lorraine married O. Elroy Mc Niesh on September 7, 1946. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1995.

Lorraine was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek.

She is survived by her children: William (Lois) Mc Niesh, Donna (Robert) Koch, Shari Defferding; grandchildren: Kimberly (Dave) Anderson, Kevin (Nicole) Mc Niesh, Kyle Mc Niesh, Brian (Leona) Koch, Jeffery (Kris) Koch, Bradley (Summer) Koch, Scott (Julie Heindl) Defferding, Eric (Sara) Defferding; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Delores (John) Oberstadt; sister-in-law, Maxine Moede; many nieces, nephews other family and friends.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, O. Elroy Mc Niesh; son-in-law, Dennis Defferding; brothers: Ervin and Donald Moede; brothers-in-law: Vaughn (Gladys) Mc Niesh and Keith (Margaret) Mc Niesh.

Visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek, on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 9:00 am until the funeral service at 11 am with Pastor Steve Schlicht officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
