Lawrence Vanden Heuvel

Lawrence "Larry" D. Vanden Heuvel, 62, of Seymour, passed away Monday morning, October 31, 2016 at his home. He was born March 5, 1954, son of Donald and Rosemary (Ebben) Vanden Heuvel.
Larry was a Seymour High School graduate. He had been employed with Fox Valley Tool & Die, where he was a machinist, until his health conditions no longer allowed him to continue.
He is a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour.
He is survived by his daughters, Laura Shepard (special friend, Jason) and Lisa (Brandon) Swan; one son, Lee Vanden Heuvel; grandchildren: Paige and Katelynn Shepard, Lily and Jersey Lou Swan; parents, Donald and Rosemary; brother, Carl (Karen) Vanden Heuvel; sister, Mary (Tom) Stadler; two nephews, Joel (Abby) Vanden Heuvel and David Vanden Heuvel; great niece, Audrey; the mother of his children, Luann (Todd) Krull.
Preceded in death by his sister, Donna.
Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. with Fr. Brian Belongia and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
