Kerry Ann Fronek (Cornell) passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2026 at the age of 64. Kerry was born on August 5, 1961 in Green Bay to Ronald and Marianne (Benedyk) Cornell.
After surviving a devastating automobile accident in 1982 that left her disabled, she faced life with incredible courage. While the accident changed many things, it never took away her humor, stubborn strength, or ability to light up a room.
Inspite of her disabilities she was a very proud and dedicated worker at Valley Packaging in Appleton for over 30 years. She took pride in sharing the stories of what she had accomplished in a day. Especially the use of her standing table. Reluctantly she had to retire in 2020 due to Covid.
Kerry is survived by her parents, Ronald and Marianne Cornell. Her daughter Angela (Brian) Everson, and grand daughter Ella. Siblings: Tammy (Les) Van Eperen, Timothy (Mandy) Cornell, Kim LaMay, Tricia Socha, Troy (Anne) Cornell, Thadd (Keeley) Cornell, Ty (Sandee) Cornell and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kerry is preceded in death by her brother Todd Cornell, brother-in-law Todd LaMay, and nephew Cody Cornell.
She will be remembered for her vibrant personality, her ability to make others smile, and the warmth she brought into every room. Though her journey was not always easy, she met life with courage and heart, inspiring many along the way. She loved people and loved to make them laugh.
She leaves behind loved ones who take comfort knowing she is now wheelchair free, probably dancing again, and finally getting front-row seats to the ultimate Elvis concert. Kerry was his biggest fan and loved music.
Funeral services for Kerry are pending.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Pulaski Country Villa Assisted Living for their wonderful care.
As Kerry would say Elvis's favorite line - Thank you, thank you very much.
