Kathleen Monroe

Kathleen R. Monroe, 96, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, November 19, 2017 at Alpha Senior Concepts in Green Bay. She was born January 19, 1921, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Fahey) Sigl. On January 4, 1947, she was united in marriage to Mark V. Monroe. He preceded her in death January 1, 1959.
Kathleen was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Green Bay.
She is survived by her step-daughter-in-law, Mary Monroe, Seymour; niece, Gloria (Joseph) Maisano, New Orleans; Godson, John Dussling, Florida; and other extended family.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her step-son, Mark (Steve) Monroe; and her three siblings.
