Harold Erickson, 88
Harold Martin Erickson, age 88, of Oneida passed away Friday, October 5, 2007 at his apartment at Woodside Manor III in Green Bay. He was born November 4, 1918 at Ottosen, Iowa, son of the late Haldor and Molly (Hock) Erickson. On July 7, 1943 he was united in marriage to Arlyn Buckmiller in Jacksonville, Florida. The couple celebrated 64 years of marriage together. Harold was raised on a farm in Oneida. Harold was in service for five years serving in the 8th Air Corps in England during World War II. He lived on a farm in Oneida for 59 years before moving to Green Bay. He enjoyed his family, rural life, hunting and fishing and playing accordion. He was a member of St Joseph's parish in Oneida.

Survivors include his wife, Arlyn; 3 sons: Gregory Erickson, Zellwood, Florida, Steven (Janice) Erickson, DePere, Jeffery (Tammy) Erickson, Neenah; 4 daughters: Julie (Dennis) Waterman, Cameron, Teresa (Stephen) Kyles, Green Bay, Sue (Greg) Koeppel, Green Bay, Amy (Ron) Hardy, Appleton. 16 Grandchildren: Jennifer and Margaret Erickson, Carrie Haines, Monica Geisler, Troy, Cory, Stacy, and Kelly Erickson, Becky Kyles, Jessica, Jack, and Sarah Koeppel, Kurt and Clint Hardy and Bo and Erin Erickson; 4 Great grandchildren: Emma and Alison Haines, Lucas Geisler and Reese Erickson. Further survived by his two brothers, Haldor Jr Erickson and Jacob (Lynn) Erickson all of Pulaski, and three sisters: Mildred Johnson, Green Bay, Dorothy Martin, DePere and Clara (Lee) Pansier, Abrams.

Harold was preceded in death by his Granddaughter, Janelle Waterman; two brothers: Donald and Robert Erickson, and a sister Elsie Siamowski.

Friends may call at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Oneida on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 from 10 am until the funeral mass at 11 am. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Military rites will follow.
