Harland Barth, age 97, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025.
Harland was born on February 6, 1928 to the late George and Arline (Spoehr) Barth.
He was united in marriage to Marcelyn Finder on May 20th, 1950 and recently celebrated 75 years of marriage.
He was a 1946 graduate of Seymour High School. He farmed, worked at the Seymour Canning Factory, was a fieldman for Outagamie Producers Co-op until retiring in 1990, and then obtained his Real Estate Certificate.
Harland was a Lion's Club member and received the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award.
Harland was a member at New Life United Methodist church and Emmanuel Lutheran church in Seymour. He loved playing Sheepshead, reading westerns, and mysteries.
He is survived by his wife, Marcelyn Barth; children: Bruce (Susan) Barth, Becky (Glenn) Blahnik; grandchildren: Bradley (Emily) Barth, Melissa (David) Enriquez; Ryan Blahnik, Gina (Sam) Phelps; great-grandchildren: Bryan, Ethan, Elliot, Eva, Maxim, Hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law: John and Linda Finder; and grandson, Brian Barth.
In accordance to Harland's wishes a private family service will take place. His family would like to thank the staff of Meadow Wood and Compassus Hospice for their compassionate care of Harland.
