Gloria H Daelke

Gloria H. Daelke, 93, of Black Creek died on April 9, 2026. She was born on May 3, 1932 at Black Creek, the eldest daughter of the late Emil and Beatrice (Craven) Hinz.

On August 19, 1950 she married Emroy Daelke, who died on November 30, 1997.

She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ of Black Creek and the Duhm-Masch Unit of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed years of travel, the cottage at Crooked Lake, the Green Bay Packers and the company of her many friends and relatives.

Gloria is survived by three sons: Bruce (Marlene), Kevin (Shari), and Kent (Cathy); her grandchildren: Julie (Steve Novy) Johnson, Jeremy (Jenny) Daelke, Tricia (Scott) Fitzpatrick, Brooke (Jeff Murphy) Daelke, Jane (Preston) Daelke-Staszak, Matthew (Jessica Haines) Daelke; her great-grandchildren: Brittany (Jeff) Houston, Skylar, Kylie (Chris), Mckenna (Garrett), Keegan, Aislinn, Logan, Jayden, Carter, Jaxson, Madalyn, Louise, Vivian, McClain; great great-grandson Emroy and baby girl Staszak, due in May.

She is further survived by two sisters: Pat Stammer, Shiocton; and Marilyn Sausen, Shiocton; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; her daughter, Barbara (John) Brocker; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Elsie Daelke; grandsons: Craig and Aaron Daelke; sister, Jacquelyn Woehler; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Vernon Woehler, Gene Stammer, Wilmer (Victoria Daelke), and Clifton (Lavonna) Daelke; nephew: Jason Stammer; nieces: Diane Zochart and Kelly Daelke.

Visitation will be held on Thursday April 16th at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour from 4:00 pm until the memorial service at 6:00 pm with Pastor Moira Finley officiating. Internment will be at Highland Memorial Park at a later date.
