Eugene David Stammer Jr.

It is with deep sadness we inform you of the passing of Eugene "David" Stammer, Jr. on July 6, 2026.

He was born on August 19, 1964, to the late Eugene D. Stammer, Sr and Patricia Stammer (Hinz).

After graduating in 1983 from Shiocton High School, he went on to get his degree in agriculture. The love of the land came early as he worked on farms around home and even at home when his dad decided to get some cattle.

But life took him to the city where he helped run his parent's business, EZ Lube. First in Green Bay then in Appleton.

David had a passion for racing, thanks to his mother Pat. He found himself owning a few race cars. When he sold the cars, he helped out Bruce Mueller at B&B Racing Engines. With Bruce they traveled to many racetracks, even to South Africa.

He had a few other jobs after Bruce with Miller, Pierce, Robert James, and finally Saputo Cheese. The last few years were by his mother's side helping her.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Stammer. He also leaves behind his best friend/soul mate, Alisa Heiman and her family: Tabitha and Jan Becker (Loki); Jay Morth and Deb DeLeers (Colleen, Cody, and Chase), and Greg Morth and Chelsea Saturn (Orius); his sister, Melanie (Joe) Suttner and her daughters, Krystal and Katrina; his aunt, Marilyn Sausen and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Eugene D. Stammer, Sr. and a brother, Jason Stammer. Aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation for David will take place at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 9:00 am until the memorial service at 11:00 am with Pastor Levi Rocke officiating.
