Donald W. Gregorius, age 83, of Cecil passed away at home on January 18, 2021.
He was born on October 21, 1937 to the late Clarence and Elaine (Hahn) Gregorius.
Don enjoyed spending his winters in Florida and summers in Wisconsin to make sure he enjoyed the best weather available throughout the year. He was an auction junkie and was known to take requests for hard-to-find items. Just like his dad, he loved old cars. He enjoyed being out on the lake fishing, deer hunting, making and eating candy, and lending a hand to anyone that needed help. Tinkering, putzing, and the challenge of finding the appropriate fix for a problem brought him joy. He had many special lifelong friendships that he greatly valued. Most of all, he loved sharing the antics and stories of his grandchildren.
Don is survived by his children: Scott (Cristen) Gregorius, and Sara (Jason) Kliethermes; grandchildren: Aidan, Brent, Bryce, Ashlyn, and Blaine Kliethermes; Callie and Brinley Gregorius; and a brother, Dan (Gini) Gregorius.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by many aunts and uncles.
Due to the COVID pandemic, a private family service will take place for Don with Rev. Moira Finley officiating. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date when it's safe for everyone to be together. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.
