Carrie Schmidt, 45, Weyauwega, formerly of Black Creek, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. The daughter of Richard and Phyllis (Burke) Schmidt. Carrie was born on June 17, 1975, and was a 1993 graduate of Seymour High School.
Carrie had a soft spot in her heart for animals, especially her dog, Peanut. She also enjoyed taking care of her numerous houseplants.
She is survived by her son, Blane Shepard (special friend, Brandi Lueck), Black Creek; her mother, Phyllis Schmidt, Seymour; one brother, Bill Schmidt, Appleton; dear friend, Michael Handrich, Weyauwega; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Schmidt.
In accordance with Carrie's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
