VEITCH, ADELINE L.
Adeline L. Veitch, age 93, passed away May 21, 2008 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was born June 25, 1914 in Shawano to the late Herman and Ida (Prust) Bock. She attended Shawano and Black Creek Grade Schools and went to high school in Appleton where she graduated in 1931. Adeline was united in marriage to Lowell Veitch in Milwaukee on July 22, 1933.
Adeline was a member of Rebekah Lodge in Seymour for over 50 years, was also a member of United Methodist Church and served on the Official Board. She was always active in her children's school, church, and scouting activities. Adeline loved to bowl, crochet, and read magazines.

Survivors include her children: Lynette (Robert) Patchen, Toledo, OH; Gail Dean, Seymour; Mary Ellen Dahlke, Dallas, TX; six grandchildren: Julie (Arlyn) Busch, Seymour, Kadee (Mike) Anstadt, Michigan, Robin (Larry) Peeters, Briarton, Traci (Jody) Crocker, Green Bay, Kristi (Drew) Howerton, Virginia, and Meri Dahlke, Texas; eleven great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Jean Veitch, Seymour; sisters-in-law: Jean Bock, Appleton, and Marie Veitch, Seymour; brother-in-law Bill LeCaptaine, Seymour. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell; a son, John; grandson Jeff Veitch; sisters and brothers: Art Bock; Lucille Schmidt and Alice Brusewitz.

A private family funeral service was held. Burial in the Seymour City Cemetery. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com .
